HOW CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

You have the right to return items within 14 days after the day of delivery. The product can only be returned if it's not been used and will be returned in it's undamaged original packaging (including labels). Please note that returns which be damaged by improper packaging or loss cannot be processed and refunded. Always send the return item with tracking and insurance. The customer is responsible for the shippingcosts for the returning items. Items with more than 50% discount can not be returned.

    • Product(s)
    • Reason of return
  • Please package the items properly
  • After the items are received by us in good condition we will refund you minus the shippingcosts within 14 days

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS OF RETURN ITEMS?

- You can return the item within 14 days after delivery of your order
- The article is not worn (new) and undamaged complete with tags in the original packaging
- Returns from outside Europe which are shipped back need to be marked as RETURN ITEM on the customdocument to avoid any customfees
- Items with more than 50% discount can not be returned
